After awhile, the sun lamp just doesn’t cut it. Gotta have the real thing, in large quantities, outdoors.
Ah, black and white. How is it that it can sometimes convey a truer sense of tonal range than color? Nice shot. Makes me want to get back into the dark room and experience the real magic.
The sun and a gallery – who could ask for more?
The curve and lines are awesome.
Dang, I really like this shot! Where was this taken?
Here, here. Great eye cldstar. Love this photo — especially the black and white to express the need for sunlight. Perfect.
Thanks, all, for the encouraging comments.
This was taken at an alumni house at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. The old mansion house now houses a gallery of faculty and (primarily) student art. Fun old building.
This is excellent!
Love this light.
